Woods BH-90X Hydraulic Thumb Kit

I have a Woods BH-90X backhoe with manual thumb. I have been evaluating getting the hydraulic thumb mod. There are two kits, one for those that have the manual thumb, and one for those that have no thumb at all.
Has anyone put on the kit?
Just how challenging or not is the kit installation?
Also what are the dealers charging in your area for the kit.

I've been wanting to add the hydraulic thumb kit to my 80X . The only member I'm aware of that has added a hydraulic thumb kit to his 80X (should be pretty similar to the 90X) is Vic4news. Perhaps you could either search his posts or send him a PM. I'm sure the price has gone up, but back when he did his the price was around a grand for the kit. He did the install himself and said it was pretty straightforward.
