Hi All, I recently picked up a Woods BH7500 3 point hoe. It had only one previous owner, who left it outside it's whole life, and not used in the past 5-6 years. I know some of the hoses are more than sun checked and weathered, so replacements are on the list. No cylinders leak at all - yay!
My issue is I think I have multiple hose leaks in hoses within the boom, at the hinge point of the boom and the swing bushing...but not 100% sure, since oil runs downhill at all times. This is where the leak seems to come from.
I should point out no leaks occur when the backhoe is disconnected from tractor hydraulics. It immediately begins to leak as soon as the engine is started, before moving any cylinder controls.
My question: which hoses should I be looking for if the leak(s) occurs without opening an SCV (operating any control levers) and the tractor is running? I can't see any wetness, spray, or drips coming from the control block up top, and the supply and return lines to the tractor appear intact and dry - they are the newest of any hoses.
