Howdy folks,
I have a BH80X backhoe by Woods. The boom cyl. blew while in use over the weekend.
Have to remove it to get it to service.
Clearly I'm new to this kind of equip., and need help (diagram or instructions) on how to remove the boom cyl. off the boom.
The rod end near the seat is a no brainer, but the base end where it couples with the dipper cyl., has me stumpped. There's no info on this removal procedure in the op manual. Got suggestions?

Thanks a bunch,
Bob

Welcome to the forum Bob.
You might get more replies in the "Attachments section" but I'll tell you what I know. The boom and dipper share the same pin on the BH80X and the pin has a snapring on the end. See page 40 of the manual. Or the online manual
