Woods Brushbull BB60 Price Check

I'm shopping for a Woods BB60 at my local dealer. He's quoting $1235+tax for a cutter with a slip clutch and front and rear chains. Does that sound about right, or should I keep looking? FWIW, I can get a John Deere LX5 or a Bushhog SQ600 comparably equipped for roughly the same price. Thanks in advance for your input.

I just got a quote today on a Squealer 60 with slip clutch...didn't think to mention chains - $925, or $995 for the Woods BB 60.

I paid 925.00 last spring for my Woods BB60 without chains or slip clutch.I then ordered the slip clutch from Agri-Supply for 63.00 plus shipping.

I paid either $1,200 or $1,240 for my BB60 with slip clutch and chain guards last summer.

That was the best price around that I could find in my area...so it seems like you are in the ballpark...
