Box Scraper Woods Gannon 84hxd or landpride hr35

I need a good heavy box blade for doing driveways and finish work. I know the reputation of Gannon痴 and I know they weigh more, but would the landpride be anywhere near the box a Gannon would be? Also any other brands I知 over looking that may be comparable to a Gannon. I want a 80-84 box to go behind a Kubota 60hp with hst it will have full top n tilt set up and hydraulic rippers on the box blade.

The Gannon HXD does not have a tailgate but the LP does. The Gannon model with the tailgate is the HB model. The LP is advertised as quick hitch compatible - not sure if the Gannon is. I have a Gannon 96 HSD which my owner’s manual lists the weight at 1497#. My 95 HP tractor knows when it’s back there. Do you think your 60 HP Kubota can pull an 80”-84” blade? John Deere, Cammond and Monroe Tuffline also make competing units with hydraulic rippers. I was interested in a Cammond with a tailgate but could not get the sales rep in my area to return my calls.

Monroe tuffline builds for frontier which is Deere’s brand. I have one of their biggest box blades and has hyd scarfiers. We love it, works great and is heavy enough to be useful.

My 60hp Kioti pulls the 84" Frontier like it is childs play with all four tires filled with RimGuard.

Downside of the Frontier/Tuffline: the scarifiers bend easily. They can, of course, get bant back.
