It is time to purchase a new rear blade and I am looking at the Woods HBL84-2 and Land Pride RB3584. I want the offset and tilt and these two are about the right size for my L3130 Kubota. I plan to move up to about a 50hp tractor in the future and this will also be a good size when this happens.

I have seen lots of Woods products and know they are made good but have not seen many Land Pride attachments. One of my dealers sold his last Land Pride RB3584 and will not have any in for a week or so, which is fine since I don't plan on buying till the first of December.

Does anyone have one of these or have experience with these blades? Is one any better than the other?

I don't think I would go wrong no matter which one I bought. The Land Pride should be around $1200, not sure about the Woods.

Thanks
David

I have the rb3584 landpride . Bought it new in 1995 I think . I use it on a ford 2120 4x4 tractor with loaded rear tires and 2 wheel weights per side . Tractor is 35 pto hp. I use the blade mostly for grading gravel drive , dirt work , and some snow . Earlier this year when we had lots of rain I must have used it 6 or 7 times fixing the drive . I have used this blade hard at times over the years and have never had a problem with it .

I don't have experience with the Land Pride , but I expect that it's a quality unit .
I've got the HBL 84-2 . It works well on My L3130 ,and is also high quality .
I doubt You'll be unhappy whichever way You decide .

Thanks guys.

I went by yesterday and look at the HBL72-2. Looks to be made good and cost was $1035 + tax. The 84-2, not in stock but cost $1140 + tax. I guess it will come do to which 84", Woods or Landpride, is in stock at time of purchase.
