Woods PRD8400

I'm looking to find blades for my prd8400 and I really don't want to pay 160 for a set of three. However in my search I came across a manufacturer called Frontier it looks to be the exact same mowing deck as my Woods. Is Frontier and Wood the same company or do they just 'copy' each other? And does any one know of a good place to get blades that isn't a million dollars?
