Woods RD 7200 on Ford NAA?

I bought a used Woods RD 7200 finish mower to replace my old KingKutter 72" finish mower. In attaching the Woods to my 1954 Ford NAA tractor, I found that the hitch pins on the Woods are 3 inches farther apart than on the KingKutter. Result: The anti-sway chains were too short and my old stabilizer bars don't fit. I removed, reversed, and replaced the hitch pins so they point toward each other as seen in the photo. Still, no way to attach stabilizer bars.

Am I doing something totally wrong in this setup? Before I go to the work of cutting the PTO shaft, I'd like to know if I am attempting the impossible.

Need swing checks to make sure arms don’t hit pto shaft. My RD7200 mower new came with one pin inside and one out so I cut a little more to right side which is fine. On Kubota B26.

My Ford 860 had sway bars outside of the lift arms. Check chains inside.

If the pin spacing is 26", if so then the stay bars should fit same as any other Cat 1 implement. If just cannot get them to fit properly they do make adjustable bars.

Thank you. I finally set the pins pointing outward, attached the mower, attached the sway bars, and it all fits. Yes, I should have thanked you much sooner.
