Woods RM306 finish mower deal or not

I have a chance to pick up a Woods RM306 3 point finish mower for about $250.00. It belongs to a friend and works fine. He is even throwing a few brand new extra parts in the deal.

My question is, it has only 2 rear caster wheels and the front is supported by the lower arms. I would think this is far less than an optimal set up for a finish mower. Most of the finish mowers I've seen have 4 wheels on the ground. I really don't need the thing but would feel foolish if I left a great deal lay due to my ignorance on the thing. Is it an obsolete way of doing it or just different?

Buy it it is worth about 500.00 . The belt can be expencive to replace about 80.00. The belt is suposed to look twisted and mine also has 2 wheels.

Yep, that looks like it. I think I will buy it and clean/paint it up and see if I like it. If not, sounds like I could always get my money back.

Buy it, it is worth $250 and likely much more if it's in decent condition.
