Rotary Cutter Woods RM42-KB rotary cutter

Since I am not sure how many here watch the classifieds, so I will post here as well. I am hunting for a Woods RM42-KB mower deck to go on my Kubota B6000. I need this exact model as I have the backwards CCW rotation to the PTO. Having never seen this deck in person, I assume that the over running clutch is built into the mower deck like the woods 42 I had on a Farmall Cub I used to have. If anybody knows of another small bush hog deck that has the over running clutch built into the deck and can be run backwards without harm, please let me know. Thanks Mike

I know KK and others make 48" rotary cutters,I dont see why a used one of those couldnt be cut down to 42". I have heard of blades being flip over to work with cc ptos. Aftermarket overrun clutches are available, I dont know about cc running ones though.

There was a 48" CC PTO also. I had one. Chunked the spindles about a month ago.

I have looked everywhere, no mower decks currently made for CCW PTO's A bush hog would tollerate it, just get the blades sharpend on the opposite side, but I wont run it if I dont have a over running clutch. Every clutch I find is for CW rotation. I am not in a hurry and willing to pay for shipping when I find the mower. It just has to be the KB version of the RM42 as they made them for CW rotation and those did not have the clutch. Now if someone knows a brand of CCW over running clutch, please post the link, brand or model number. I have the spline adapter from my 10spline to the common 6 spline and correct size. Mike

Ok, I found my mower deck, looking for someone that can either haul it or store it temporarly for me. Its located near Joliet IL and needs to get down to Kokomo IN or anywhere closer is great. We still live in Erie PA, but are moving there in the next month or so. We have a house in Kokomo now. I have a way to haul it myself, but not going to be back that way for a month or so. Let me know if you can assist me getting this hard to find mower deck. Thanks Mike and Michele T
