New to the board and loving my Mahindra 5010 Cab. Not so in love with the 4 work lights (2 front and 2 rear ) on the Cab.

Anyone replace these with LED versions? If so, where did you get them?, any suggestions?, and where they easy to swap? Pics would be great. front work lights .JPG

Sorry i don't have personal experience with this but I do have a suggestion.

If i were replacing with LEDs i would probably add a second pair since LEDs use much less wattage/lumen. I would put them on the beveled part of the cab corners to spread light out farther on the sides. This may be hard or impossible based on the mounting options on that cab but something to think about.

Also i put 2 leds on my atv after i put a snow plow on it and i got them pretty cheap on amazon. Brand doesnt much matter as 90% of them seem to be the exact same build but 100 different branded names.

They are at least 2x as bright as my stock lights on the atv and about half the wattage. I think they cost around 20 for a pair. I can't remember the wattage off the top of my head though.

I have had them on there for 2 years now and they still work like new.

The only LED lights I have dealt with are from Rigid Industries. I have a 10" light bar on my ATV, and the D2 dually's on the ROPS of my tractor - 2 fowards, 2 rearward. I can tell you though that they are top notch. Excellent quality lighting with simple plug and play installation. The halogen driving lights on the bull bar of my truck need replaced and I'll be replacing them with Rigid LED's soon, hopefully. They are pricey but are well worth it from my experience with them.

^^^love that before and after pic. I would say thats similar to the difference from my stock atv lights compared to the LEDs

I replaced my front work lights and installed rear work lights (where they didn't exisit before) using 27 watt LED lights. Each unit puts out 2600 lumens. The light output is hard to believe.

I used units I got from Northern Tool & Equipment when they had a big sale and paid $20 each.

My tractor had the wiring located in the cab so all I had to do is cut off the connectors already on the wiring and crimp on new connectors to the wiring and the lights so they matched. Then its simple to plug in to make the connection. I had to make brackets for the rear work lights and modified the brackets already in place for the front work lights.

The pics show the setup I put together.
