You can get them at home depot, Lowe's, or any electrical supply.
They are not cheap but have a couple of key advantages:

I almost hate to mention it, but I buy twist lock receptacles, plugs, & outlets on eBay all the time. If you are astute, and know what you need/want, you can usually find them by doing a search. Many times, I can buy 4 or 5 for the price of one at HD or Lowe's. I may only need one, but I have friends that will also "purchase" part of the excess inventory. A couple of weeks ago, I got 6 220 volt 3 prong receptacles and plugs for $19 plus $6 shipping. They were new in the box by Hubbel. Letting this information out isn't going to help me find bargains, but it will help others here that want to do it right the first time. If the auction high bidder is Junkman, please don't drive the price upward!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
