workmaster 55 3 pt hydraulic not working FEL works fine

2011 New Holland Workmaster 55 3 point hydraulic will not lift up, was working one day and not the next.
No leaks, level is fine. Draft lever moves as does position lever.
Could it be there are 2 hydraulic pumps? One for the FEL and the other for the 3 point hitch.
