worth it to reinstall power steering on 135 45 horse MF

I have almost bought a tractor... you know the time between actually handing the money over... I have had a mech go look it over and check for blow by and look at a seal leak in the rear seal... the power steering on this tractor was taken off.. would it be worth while to have it rebuilt... ? average cost? Thanks
