would like to hear/compair stucco prices from south east areas

I'd like to see what regional stucco prices are doing. if you are in the construction industry, or just had some stucco work done, what were your square foot prices? ( labor and materials inclusive )

figure 2 different job types

1, new stucco on new block

2, retro job, new stucco on screen and osb over some older siding or finish.

Can't help you with the pricing for production work.
I do a little stucco repair, not my specialty so I do struggle with it, but since no one wants to do the small PITA jobs, I can charge what ever I need to make it tolerable.

Back ground in masonry/restoration so am able to do an acceptable job, but if had to price it by the square foot, it would come out to somewhere between an arm and a leg

Of course exterior cement plaster work is not as common here in the North-East as it is down your way. The old style of lath, scratch coat, brown coat and finish is just to labor intensive.
I use to labor for interior plaster masons, that tops the cake for labor intensive PITA work, tending moody masons who would throw a whole hawk of fresh made plaster off the staging if it wasn't perfect!
