I&T manual for 240 gives 17-21 ft lbs for cover to flywheel retaining bolts. That is the only torque value given.

Another source would be any online chart showing torque for Metric bolts.

Look at the strength rating number molded on the head of the bolt, then determine bolt diameter and thread pitch, and go look it up in the chart.

As I recall this standard chart is included in the YM240 Shop Manual.
