Might want to look at the Steiner or Ventrac tractors?

Their smaller units are priced a bit lower than the largest JD X series and have front mount mowers and front mount sweepers that are easy to switch (5 minutes to change implements). Both brands have articulated frames that make turning tighter too. Steiner 415, Ventrac 3000 can both be had for around $9k without the sweeper but with a mower deck.

Steiner has a dealer locator on their website that will search by zip code. Ventrac has a phone number on their site and you can just call them. They put me in touch with a district representative who is actually the guy who delivered my newest tractor, he was very helpful.

On a side note, swapping front mounted implements on the Ventrac is about a 5 minute process (actually LESS than 5 minutes) while installing the front mount blower on my Cub Cadet is usually 30 to 60 minutes of swearing and bloody knuckles <and one trip to the emergency room for a broken finger>. I don't know what it takes to swap implements on a Deere X Series so I offered the Cub comparision to the Ventrac. The Steiner and the Ventrac have near identical front connectors so swapping implements on the Steiner should be a 5 minute, or less, proposition.
