Don't really matter except your mouse renters chewed up either the spark plug wire or the trigger wires from the mag to the coil itself. Kind of surprised the motor didn't puke, mowing with the shroud off. The shroud directs cooling air over the cylinders. You need to get some mouse bait cubes or use scented dryer sheets.
