height adjustment not working/ not even connected i think/machine not discharging all grass leaving a trail of cut grass .normal height no water to cause the issue. had this problem since new thought mabye operator error.
called dealer said they wouldn't leave me hanging . now they say if I would have told them in the first 30 days they would have taken it back. It still is under 90 days . Their giving me the run around . This is in Bellingham Washington Washington tractor in Lynden. I hope they read this .Thanks for reading this Stay tuned

Do you want them to take it back or to have them fix it? Fixing it should be no problem because it is still within the warranty period. Returning for exchange is only guaranteed for the first 30 days. You are well over that. I don't see the issue here except that you need warranty service.:confused3:

Are you making the height adjustments with the deck raised to the high locking position? Then let it down to the new position? Do you have a mulching deck on your mower?

At first just fix it . But then I got annoyed by being put off so I thought replace it .They said they weren't sure which mechanic was to work on it .Didn't want one employee or the other to get their feelings hurt .Don't want to know what that was about so I said fine keep it give me a new one and work that one at their leisure . I'm assuming [bad word I know] that they wanted to wait till the mechanic that assembled it to work on it .Not my problem.Now two days haven't heard a word .

The height adjustment knob just spins 360 nothing happens .It is in the lift position.
The dealer is the one who came and got it thinking it was operator error but turned out to not be the case .Thanks for your Idea though

Can you provide a better time frame? When you called for service, when it was picked up, how long have they had your mower since then.

You're right. As a customer, you should never hear about internal problems with a dealership's personnel. You just want your X320 fixed and to know when you can have it back. My "alarm bells" would be going off inside my head if they told me that. Unfortunately, you are beyond the return/exchange point and can only hope that eventually (not too long) they will have your machine fixed. Just hang onto the knowledge that there are a lot of happy X320 owners out there. If they can fix your machine, you may be one of them.:thumbsup:

Thank you all for reading this message . Dealer got problem fixed a hairpin key was not installed on the stop for height adjuster . They picked up my machine and delivered it with a smile and hand shake. All's well . Once aagain ty for you responses .
PS was a little bit of a hassle but we don't live in a perfect world and we're human and over react ! thank you for reading A plus for WAshington Equipment

Sometimes things just hit us the wrong way, or are just one thing too many in a day. We all have been guilty of overreacting at one time, or another. I'm so glad you got the problem fixed.
