Mike,
The GX345 is a nice machine, but not nearly as nice as the one you are getting. My Dad has a 335, and I cannot enjoy using it after using my 485,595 and compacts. Not meaning to seem a tractor snob, but there is a difference in comfort. As far as the 4720 goes, I am joining one of my business partners tomorrow on his land. He also is my neighbor and lives about one half mile from me. He has 55 acres and has been tending it with a 1985 Massey with two wheel drive. After two years of strong encouragement, I have finally convinced him green is the way to go. The local dealer (not the one I bought my tractor from--but still a dealer I use a good bit for attachments and service) just got in a 4520 ehydro that a customer refused because the floor mat was slightly cracked. The rest of the tractor is in fine shape (it is new) and the replacement mat has come and has been installed. This is the machine my friend is testing tomorrow and I will use the machine too and compare it directly to my 3720 on the same property, which I thought was a good opportunity to see if I truly liked the 4000 series. If I do, I may order a 4720, or if my friend backs out, consider the 4520, which is being sold at slightly over invoice due to the circumstance noted above. I will keep the group posted on the differences between. Thanks.
John M
