Had a leaking EFI fuel line so I ordered a new one from Green Dealer (Part Number AM135313). Part arrived today and it's 1.5 feet shorter than the original. Called Green Dealer and it's supposedly the correct part but I can't for the life of me figure out how to route the new line and have it be long enough. Had anyone run into this issue and how did you resolve it. Thanks.

Take the old line with you to Napa or auto zone and tell them it is a EFI line. Hold onto the counter when they give you the price. Then take the JD line back to the Dealer and tell him your EFI line stretcher broke and you want to borrow his or give you a refund for the wrong part.

What is the s/n of the x485... above 40000 ? or below 40000 ?

Where does the line go, there are several lines? Maybe they sold you filter to injectors when you needed tank to filter?

Shot a pic of the X485 fuel line (now exposed) and wonder a couple things.. if they re-route the line direct to the filter on the right side.. (red line in pic). Would be shorter than shown switching over to the left side and forward, then back to the right side to meet up with the fuel filter.

Second thought, looking at jdparts it can be confusing as there was a s/n break and change at 40000. Found another part # for the fuel line (Engine F711D) that was AM135314 but replaced by AM140651. May or may not explain the difference in line lengths.

Bought it used but think SN is MOX485A024759. It was on a sticker on right side of frame.

Line goes from fuel tank to fuel filter. Picture below is old and new with the new line on bottom.

Tried the routing you highlighted in red but still too short because it has to get around all the hydraulics on that side of the machine. I talked with the local JD parts guy and he said I ordered the right part number but has no way to know if the part they sent was actually that part. You would think it would be labeled but apparently not. I ended up buying a used one online. Not my first choice but the tractor has been down now for over two weeks and need to get some mowing done before my wife decides that me push mowing the 3 acres is a good choice.

First issue... Which fuel line do you need ? Pump to filter ? or what ? There are several different lines.

Seems to me, the line from pump to filter is MF175325 for both FD750D and FD711D engines

The line you identified is the return line. I need the pressurized EFI line from the tank to the fuel filter. in the parts picture it's item 16. Unfortunately the picture in the parts catalog is not representative of the actual line.
