x485 with 54C deck and powerflow unit

When I attach the powerflow unit to the deck, I am almost certain I have the belt routed right, but the back of the belt rubs the metal brace on the deck. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Somehow while I was using it, it even rubbed through the powerflow pulley cover so I just had to order a new one of these.

How 'bout posting a pic of how you have it set up so someone with the same setup can look at it?

I remember doing the same thing but that was 18 years ago so I can't help you much. But I am almost certain the problem is the routing of the belt. I am thinking I had the belt on the wrong side of the idler pulley. Does that make any sense?
