XJ2025h with Backhoe - hydro config

I'm curious to know how others or their dealers connected the backhoe to the tractors hydraulics for those who have the same configuration. FEL and BH

I assumed the backhoe would have been connected to the tractor via an optional quick connect remote valve kit but instead I see hoses running from different places on the back of the tractor. I also read here on this LS forums that when disconnecting the backhoe, you have to connect the 2 quick connects together which is not mentioned in the manual. I haven't removed my backhoe yet but this seems like a very odd way to hook up auxiliary implements that needs hydros.

This video of a BX23S at 7:17 is pretty much how mine is, just no flat face connectors. You do connect up two of the connectors on the tractor.

I think the only other option would be a detented remote. I'm not sure what good a detented remote is on a SCUT.

My dealer hooked it up through a rear remote kit.

this is what i got... 1 hose from the pressure relief valve and 1 from the front loader valve. might have to make a bracket and figure out a cleaner solution or i might get the rear remote option.

looks like the mt125 has some nicer features and although i would never mow with my backhoe attached, it does seem handy that everything can be attached at once with out issue. Do the 3 point arms stay on also?

I would not recommend mowing with the backhoe attached, though we have done it some. The 3 point lift arms do not stay on with the backhoe attached. It seems like a backhoe would have to be really far back for that to be possible. I have not actually attached my lift arms yet.
