XR4140HC knocking, squeling, screeching metal on metal sound

Guys, I need help. XR4145hc with 182 hours. Got in the tractor the other day and started her up. Ran fine for 3-4 seconds then runs really rough with a crazy amount of noise. The knocking is so load I'm afraid to stand next to it and get a rod in the face. Sounds like metal on metal with no lubrication. First thought was starving for fuel. I've pulled the line from the tank at the filter and used compressed air at the fill to push fuel through with no problem. Primed it 2 or 3 times thinking air in the lines. I can throttle it up but I'm afraid to damage something. It is 4.5 years old so hoping its under warranty but dealer is on vacation for a couple more days. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check the oil level? Coolant level?

Yep, all fluids are fine. not leaking anything either. No flashing lights, errors, etc.
