Anyone have the following happen? Tractor has had 280 hours of trouble free use. The other day I do the normal start up procedure, and after warm up I go scoop up a load of dirt from a pile with the loader, drive about 15 feet, go over a little uneven ground, the tractor bounces a little because of the weight in the loader, I feel the seat bottom out, and the tractor stops dead, with the dash completely blank. Turn the key and nothing, dash still blank. So, first thing I do is check the batter cables to see if something came loose with the bounce, but, all nice and tight and connected. Then check the fuse box and find that the 10amp "Controller" fuse is blown. Quickly replaced it with the provided spare and tractor starts up like normal and we go our merry way. Yesterday I hop on the tractor to do some more work, start it up, kind of bounced on the seat to get all situated and get the seat belt on and the tractor goes dead again. Same thing, blown controller fuse, but, now I know it is definitely something to do with the seat and the safety shutoff. Just doing a visual I don't see where the wiring got pinched, so I assume it is some mechanism in the seat itself that is literally being "impacted".
I am a big guy, about 225 pounds, so I guess I need the seat adjusted as stiff as possible. I don't have a service or parts manual so don't know exactly what to look for, so, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or have had a similar problem with the seat. And yes I will call and talk to the dealership, but thought I would ask here first.
Thanks for any insight!

Never happened to me, but I'm wondering if your Big Bounce cracked the safety switch so you can short the contacts to grounded metal? Maybe get under the seat & check on the shape of that switch?

You can easily bypass the seat switch and see if that helps. Jump on the seat a few times to see if it happens again with the switch bypassed. If it blows the fuse, you know its the switch. Also, if you need a service manual, shoot me a PM with your email address. I send one to you.

Thanks for the feedback, will take another look at the switch. And I did definitely need to stiffen the seat suspension, I think now there is much less chance of bottoming out.
