No I have not. I really have not done much about it as yet. I did go online and post a note to Curtis about it. Did that twice and no word back. It is bleed well as far as I can tell. Double checked the lines for kinks. Have yet to block off some air flow to radiator.

Many of my trips are short with the XUV. I run a short distance and shut it down for a period of time. Often it never has a chance to get real hot. I did run it a good distance and it was throwing warm air. With my use and not really getting it hot for an extended distance I'm not sure I would opt for a heater in the future. With the doors on and dressed well just getting out of the air is enough. I get about as much warm air off the radiator as the curtis heater when the engine does warm up.
