Branson 4020R. 1967 Massey Ferguson 2200 TLB project. Husqvarna TS348D. IHC Cub Cadet 129. Mystery Bolens GT. Best guess is QT16.
I'm planning on adding some rear SCV's to my 4020R (With the newer BL200 loader) for Top-N-Tilt and other functions. Rather than use the OEM rear dual SCV kit, I'm going to use a 4 spool SCV stack mounted on the RR fender and plumbed from the loader valve PB port and T'd to the original return-to-tank line.

Would somebody here please provide me the port specs for the OEM loader valve? I need fitting/thread type (BSPP, BSPT, SAE ORB, JIS, etc) and size info for the loader valve PB port, the 3PH PB port (on the rear end, when the OEM SCV stack pair would go), and the loader valve return-to-tank port. Also will later need the loader valve work port info, as I plan to replace the loader valve sometime down the road (that's another thread).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Even though you don't have rear remotes, the PB line from the loader valve is feeding the 3 pt through what would be the rear remote valve. You should see a block with the line and a relief valve attached on top of the 3 pt housing. Just behind the top link.

The 3 pt is then fed internally though the remote section.

Yes. I will run a hose from the new valve's PB port to that block.

I have read in a few threads that the power beyond port on the loader valve is BSPP. Can someone tell me what size BSPP it is?

Is the other end of the power beyond hose (the end that threads into the block on the rear of the gearcase where the SCV stack would be) also BSPP?

Is the return to tank port on the loader valve also BSPP, and if so............what size is it?

I need to keep using my tractor until I have all the fittings and hoses and such here ready for the conversion. Can't really start tearing things down to measure/ID existing fittings and such as I'm running the tractor daily.......

Mine it's all 1/2" BSPP. Yours should be as well. I don't think they would change fittings for the US market.
