yamaha rhino

We were looking at buying a newer quad to pull the trailer around and do some work in the yard. Where we dump stuff its kind of swampy until mid summer so I'm leaning towards maybe a rhino, also I really need to be able to drive right into the pickup bed for hunting etc where trailering is not an option. I've seen some video of the 450 which I think would be adequate for our needs, I'm not sure if I can justify the extra $2000 for the 700. I have a buddy with the 450 Kodiak and it has been bulletproof for him. Has anyone out there been able to do some direct comparisons, the local dealer here only has a 700.

There are a few other UTV's narrow enough to fit in the bed of the pickup. I know Bush Hog has one and I would think a few of the smaller two person machines should fit. It will give you more options to look at and compare to find the best machine and price for your needs.

I love the Rhino, but it is rough on the lawn.

my dad has a bone stock 450 rhino and loves it. runs over 40mph i think it would go faster but the limiter shuts it down around 40 plenty of power for trail riding

WHAT ABOUT THE NEW HONDA BIG RED THATS COMING OUT, WILL IT GO INTO A PICK-UP TRUCK BED ?

KUBOTA SUPPOSE TO COMING OUT WITH A SMALLER RTV, GAS BURNER , THINK IT MIGHT GO IN THE BACK OF A TRUCK ALSO ~~~~~~~

I thought the RTV 500 was already out? Maybe I was confused as I haven't been looking at the smaller units too much.

No, they are not out yet, but it coming really, really soon. Talked to my dealer yesterday !!!
