Price Check Yanmar 155 Possible buy?

2wd, green, with scraper blade and FEL. I won't even suggest that the hour meter reading matters. 3 or more owners. 8-6 Rear tires not rice tires (this is not a grey model). It needs one rear tire replaced. No ROP and I don't know how much value to place in a FEL on a small 2wd tractor. Thoughts, $3000 a little high?

No brand per the owner. Described as heavier than todays models. I assume it is as old as the machine.
