Yanmar 155d belly mower

Just wondering if anyone knows what a 48" belly mower is worth from my 155d. By the looks of it I have all the clutch assembly, brackets and shafts needed to hook it up to the front of the motor. The paint is original and good so I am guessing not much use. Looking at selling the mower and hardware because I have no use for it.

Whereabouts are you? Often the local market seems to dictate price as much as anything.

You have to find someone that has a model it fits (doesn't fit all of them) and then see what the demand is for it. There was someone recently looking for one either here or on the Hoye forum. I believe that fitds the 135, 155 family of tractors.

The only other one I've seen for sale was on Craigslist in NH and the guy had it for at least 2 years up there at around $500-$600.

That mower I believe runs off the rear PTO and then goes forward and sits under the trans.

This mower has a clutch that bolts on the front of the tractor and has a shaft that runs from the flywheel to a belt assembly then under the tractor.

Potsi pictures always help......I saw a small 1401 with a 4' deck...the owner was selling the deck seperately for $350....have seen another guy trying to sell a 60" deck for $600......eventually the price dropped....last time I looked it was $500 or less.....

Both of these decks are down in the south....may be higher north.

I'm pretty sure the 135, 155's etc all used a rear pto system. Could be wrong. Post pics for sure, as the front pto setup you're describing came on the YM122/126/142/146 family of tractors.
