Yanmar 2220d hydraulic side link

I purchased a Yanmar 2220d with a hydraulic side link. Is there any information available as to how this system works? Everything seems to be intact with the controls mounted on the right fender, but can't get it to move the cylinder.

If there is a valve connected to that cyl correctly , it should work by moving the lever.

Is the lift arms locked down?

Does the valve sound like it is going into relief.

Can you show some pictures?
