Yanmar F22 PTO Shifter Fork Replacement

Need a little assistance with replacing PTO shifter fork. Tractor has been split and I don't quite understand how to remove the transmission gears to access broken fork/rail. Unfortunately I've been unable to find a manual for F series tractors.

Do you have a parts manual? They can be very helpful. Hoye also offers this. SERVICE MANUAL F SERIES: Yanmar Tractor Parts
Not the answer you are looking for but I expect you are going to have to study what is before you and figure out how it all goes together.

Unfortunately, Hoye said the manual they have is not for the F series and is of the "closest" model. They could not guarantee it was the same.

Yes, the service manual will not be very close in this case but parts manuals are very helpful. My mechanic is out today but,if you want, call up here next week or start a support ticket and he can guide you through it.
