Yanmar F395D

Recently purchased a Yanmar F395D. The day after I purchased it was the first time I was introduced to the phrase "grey market."
The back cap of the hydraulic pump is cracked. The back pump was replaced at some time and has no numbers on it. If there are any other F395 owners that could help me out with numbers from their pump, it would be greatly appreciated.

What is the back pump? is this an injector pump that has its own oil?

I guess it has two hydro pumps? Does this one the power steering pump maybe?

The back one is for the 3 point and FEL. The front one is for the power steering.

Must be very similiar to this FX24D. I think Hoye stocks both the power steering and hydraulic pump for it. Sure it is probably different than your F395. You need a parts manual with numbers.

Yes Winston1, from that angle it does look the same. Is this your tractor? If so, could you take some more pictures at different angles. It would be a dream come true if it was the same.
The cover plate on the pump in front it is stamped "PWI - C - 9C" Might be "PW1" The pump in the back on mine has been replaced at some point and there is nothing stamped on it. Which is what about 90% of the problem is. None of the parts suppliers seem to be able to find out what pump it is supposed to be and if the one on the front is the same as the one on the back. I have pictures but I haven't made enough posts to be able to supply a link.
I would buy a parts book in a heart beat but from what I am told they are only available in Japanese.
I guess the model tractor I have is some kind of off ball. Some of the suppliers won't even talk to me about it.

All the greys parts manuals are in Japanese, however, the pictures and part numbers can be very valuable. No, not my tractor, one I worked on a few years back. I looked through all my pictures on it and that is the only one showing the pumps.

The part number for the power steering pump in the FX24D manual is 194556-41120. It has a 7-C in the description field. The part number for the 3 point pump is 194555-41120. It has 9-A in the description field. Both those numbers will pick up in Hoye's "search" field. I doubt either pump is same as yours. I'm sure Hoye could tell you whether the pump is available or not.

Thank you for the information and I will look into a parts manual.
I don't know if the pumps would be the same or not but it is worth a look. My tractor is 40 horse power, not sure if they would have the same pump on a 25 horse power.

Hi Randy from the picture it looks exactly like the one on my F395D. Also if you look just above the pump that is the little generator that I need. I wish there was some place here in Canada to get it ???

I wonder if that alternator and its matched regulator would serve as a replacement for the less powerful and more expensive similar set on earlier small Yanmars. The appearance looks identical so it should mount in the same space.
