Yanmar MLS200 Won't Move!!

A friend of mine has a Yanmar M2000? (24hp) and it starts fine in neutral or in gear. Now, if started in neutral it can not be put into gear. If started in gear, you can not change gears or put it into neutral. You get lots of grinding noises when trying to change gears. It worked fine last time and that was last fall (8-9 months ago). It's stored inside a good dry barn away from the weather. Just can not seem to figure out why. Any suggestions?

BTW, the tractor is for sale. I think it is 24hp and she would like $1500 for it. She lives near Owen Sound, Ontario if anyone is interested.

The clutch is stuck to the flywheel.

Every time I park mine I put a block under the clutch pedal to hold it down

Thanks for the help guys. She put a for sale sign on the tractor this morning on her front lawn and sold it today for her asking price with the frozen clutch. Steve.
