I hope you're asking those questions as a PRELUDE to buying, as after the fact is kind of late. We have nothing on an F46. I am fairly sure Fredricks does not either. I have never seen a model-specific english language service manual on any of the greys....parts books and aftermarket operation manual are all I have seen.
You may find one of the dealers here who can come up with parts for that, but I am sure there will be few if there are any.
What type of parts do you need- or are you just asking for future reference? I have a parts catalog for it and it looks like a few (very few) parts interchange with other more common models. It shares almost all of its parts with the F37... not that that one is any more common though.
