Tiller Yanmar rs1300 tiller tine shaft..help>>>!

My YM rs 1300 has worn out the splined end to the tiller tine shaft. I need some help in locating a new shaft, or atleast the splined end that I might could weld back on my existing tine shaft. Hoyt nor Fredricks have anything available to help me. I am reaching out to see if anyone might could help me out.
