Being from the PNW, I can't help with a dealer recommendation in your area. I can tell you these Yanmar tillers are great. You don't want to over stress them, working them hard on say a full sized Utility tractor in the 50HP and up range but they weren't made for that.
Mine is super quite, never had a problem with it nor broke a tine. Replanted my pasture last fall, ground was somewhat dry and hadn't been worked for over 30 yrs and ran cattle on it for a number of yrs. I think it did a decent job. Can't believe the qlty of the job it does on my garden plot.
Since I've got mine mounted up to a Yanmar tractor, I've got the UFO controls hooked up which will keep the tiller level and control depth automatically. Modified the 3pt so it complies to class I std and use a quick mount hitch.
