I don't recommend it. Over 5 years I've done enough dumb stuff to appreciate that the minimal safety features on these things are needed.
I bought a new switch soon after I bought the tractor.. Not only was the old one unreliable, the previous owner had twisted bare wires together to jump it, and his mess was as unreliable as what he attempted to improve.
The contacts in the ignition switch were also bad, so starting was a very uncertain process. After replacing the clutch safety switch and the ignition switch, the innate reliability that Yanmar built in 30 years ago was restored.
I don't see how removing the clutch safety switch will improve the tractor.
