I'm looking to find 2 rear wheels for my father-in-laws tractor. His rims are so rusted that you can actually see the inner tube. I can't seem to find any used ones around Rhode Island. Would any other brand/style work on them?

Almost sure the 147d used two different sizes. One was for a 29x1200-15 tire and the other was for a 7-16 R1 tire. I would think a JD dealer could help you out. If you need I maybe can find the bolt patterns for you.

Thank you 4get gto The bolt sizes would be very helpful. I know the tire size is 29x1200 -15 I see rims on craigslist but I just don't know if they would fit.

Looked around the web for bolt hole diameter.for that rim with no luck. Best I can tell you is to measure the holes. You have a 6 bolt hole pattern so you would want to measure the holes opposite of each other/ center to center. You also will want the center hole diameter too. Sorry not to be of much help. Maybe try some of the venders on here . Might get lucky. Can't really measure mine cause I have weights on.

No luck matoyan ?Have you tried up in the tire forum? Called any dealers? Hate to see you throw the tractor away just because you can't find rims. We all might be in the same boat someday if that's the case.

Gjamtrac provided me with a great deal on tires and rims. Also, he is a great source for yanmar parts. I highly recommend him.

Glad to hear you found what you needed. Are the rims the same exact thing or are they something that fit other makes/models. ?

Not sure. the ones originally were on it were rusted badly, so badly that the inner tube is visible. The new ones fit this tractor but not sure on others.
