Just picked up a Yanmar YM1600 with the 2 cyl 2TR16 diesel, and need to know the torquing specs for the head bolts, as well as the sequence for tightening.
I don't have a manual, and am just concerned with just seeing if it is operational at the moment...when I got it the head was already off (I DO have all the parts...I think!) and the engine rotates fine with no interference, and I do think it will run. I have experience with head gaskets, so I don't need for anyone to bother to get into too much detail.
Anyone out there with the info? And if you no longer have your YM1600 and are interested in parting with an actual manual (operator's, service etc.) I would really appreciate it.
Looks like it will be a nice little machine to hitch a wagon to and leave it like that for property maintenance.
Thanks much!
