Well,I'm looking for 45-55 HP with from loader. I own 80 acres farm and I need a tractor for farm chores. I don't know if this tractor will pull set of disk and moved 1200 lbs. Hay roll for cows. That type stuff.
dirtmover,
Its going to do a lot of what you need very well and inexpensively fuel cost wise you will be suprised. It will have a lot more power than traction as California also says these Yanmars are known for that - plus more gears than carter has liver pills.
The disc I pull in hard dirt with no problems is a small one @ 6.5' wide with a 350# weight on it and it is barely noticeable on back. What size max and what ground it would pull in is hard to say but it is a cat 1 so the sizes are limited fwtw. my .002
I can lift 1500-2000# with my Koyker 160 loader with 700# of rear wheel weights on so a 12-1500# round bale is doable if the tractor balance is right its not the safest but is possible.
Whether I would do it every day of the week - yes
I probably would but carefully just depends on the ground and how far to carry etc. The tractor only weighs something like 3500# w/loader its not a heavy machine by any stretch and they are narrow track @5' wide. btw the US spec 336 and the Jap market 3110 are the same chassis etc and the JD 1050 is a sister to the 3810 just has gear trany.
Reason being is with the front ends and tire size on these they were not designed for loaders and you will hear story's of guys breaking front axle stubs not a lot but enough to merit caution. I believe the 3810's and probably the US market 336 have all the heavy duty parts in them that Yanmar built for this chassis (if they built any) but that is purely my opinion I have no proof. my .002
The other thing to consider is external hydraulics these dont have them. You will have to plumb in what you need luckily this tractor is very simple to do so just didn't have a factory plumbing like the US tractors mostly do. good luck
