Boy, this took a long time to finish but it was worth it. Painted sheet metal and Replated most of the fasteners as you can see in photo of 3PH.

Steve, nice job. I see your 2120 suffers from the same weak lower links as ours. They really should have been made from thicker steel.

Why did you have it torn down?

It needed a paint job and a front wheel bearing. It looked like based on the failure pattern the bearing had trash in it from the factory and the cage decentergrated which caused the ball spacing to vary causing the front seal to leak. It all took 10 years to fail, I'm impressed based on the number of 17cu ft loads the FEL has handled. The paint failed from the last owner using it to plow snow and spread salt once without washing it off. It developed small rust spots on hydraulic lines and other critical components that if not cleaned and repainted would cause major stuff later. So I painted the sheetmetal and re plated the fasteners and hardware.

How many rear remotes can you put on a 2120?

I had bought all new lug bolts but hadn't plated them yet. Just painted the rims this weekend, new front tires tomorrow.
You can put 2 remotes on the rear. I run a log splitter on mine. The BH has it's own hyd.
