65 here today! Supposedly is going to snow starting Thursday though. I haven't picked up that rear blade yet either. Guess I'd better get that soon.

We haven't gotten anything but a few flurries here yet. I'm not complaining though. I just bought a used snowblower for my Cub Cadet today. I think I'm gonna have to do some modifying to get it to work. My tractor is a 1440 and has manual lift. It looks like the lift linkage is on the wrong side and I'll probably have to do something to give me more leverage,I also need a bracket to hold the chute turning crank.Kinda anxious to get started on it.

It was actually real Nisei hear today too, I think it hit 60 today. Got to love new england. Well January is coming so it will all be over soon enough. It will get cold and it will snow that is for sure

Hi Timber,yea we can always count on at least a couple good snows in January. I started to put the blower on today,got mounting brackets all figured out and had it on the tractor,then took it back off to fab new lift linkage. This thing is heavy. It takes a 45" swath. Do you have manual or Hydraulic lift on your Cub?
