Seems like its all too convenient. Almost like it is an ad for Farmers Insurance or a promotional ad for Jackson Kayak.
Brake lights stay on while it is backing into the water then mysteriously go out before the owner gets to the driver seat?
Then it appears the engine was running all the time while submerged and while being pulled up the ramp the MH suddenly continues up the ramp under its own power.

If you run the video in slow motion, there are a couple of frames that have a driver in the seat while it is backing up. Hmmm...
