After a Sunday concert watching the United States Navy Band, needed to stop buy Food Lion for a jar of coffee and some coconut milk... (Chicken Curry is Great on a cold night). Went to the 12 items or less and there are kids with a full cart... Yep, I said you must be college students and can't count! I did get around them... Next, FIRE LINE, NO PARKING cars parked there... I'm the guy who banges on your window and says move it... No parking, fire lane! We have a problem with a budget in VA, Went to the concert (45 degree day) and looked at many open dorm windows? I'm paying taxes to heat the state of Virginia?
