I have about the same acreage as you and have a 5425. We went through 4 other tractors prior to the 5425 - each time stepping up in size and power. I believe you'll be happier with the larger tractor and a dedicated mower for lawn cutting chores. We use an eXmark for mowing. We also have a lawn & garden tractor that is used for towing small trailers, manure spreader, etc. I haven't driven it in years and keep forgetting we have it.
I would extend a bit now and get the 4720. Otherwise, I fear you'll be back in less than 5 years looking for something a bit larger.
