Yikes - they have lost my BH!

Since I hadn't heard anything in a week, I called my salesman and asked how my TC40DA was coming along. He said they were still waiting on the BH and he would call NH. He called back and NH said it shipped and should have arrived last week. He was going to start a shipper search.

Bummer. I suspect I should just grin and bear it, but I'm tempted to see if they will go ahead and deliver the tractor and FEL, then pick it up and intall the BH when it shows.

Just needed to vent....

My TC18 was delayed almost 2 weeks waiting on my FEL to arrive. NH supossedly shipped it 3 times and only one loader ever showed up. Wonder where the other 2 loaders are??

Make that three loaders. They lost one of mine too, or was it two, no one didn't fit on my tractor? So make it three. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I lose nuts and bolts, some hair pin clips, and an occasional screwdriver, but never a backhoe. It probably came in and was sold to someone else. Salesmen always want the next sale, forget the old one, it is a done deal.
At least this is what I have seen happen before.

Just got off the phone with the dealer. It isn't lost and in fact, it hasn't even been made! They are now saying it won't be in until May 20! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif Even though NH told them yesterday it had been shipped, now they are saying that there are 300 orders ahead of mine. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Sounds crazy.

Going to go ahead and take delivery on the tractor and loader. They will come and get the tractor and mount the BH when it arrives.
