Hello All,
I recently picked up a 1110d and I'm trying to get it in shape to work. The front end leaked so I took it apart to install new seals. The housings were grooved so I installed Redi-Sleeves. I used Loctite 660 retaining compound to fill the grooves and hold the sleeve in place. I removed the flange and tapped it on until it bottomed out. After the Loctite hardened I used a dremel, file, and sandpaper to trim the end of the flange flush with the housing.
For the seals I used some 140 x 115 x 13mm seals I found at oringsandmore.com for $12.95. I used the ones with a dust seal above the sealing lip.
The Redi-Sleeves are National repair sleeve #99452 The sleeves are a little pricey, but my front end doesn't leak and I feel better about it than having filled it with JBWeld.
Hopefully this helps someone.
Bruce
