Ym 1700 with Ym2000 water pump

I have a ym1700 and have access to a ym2000 parts tractor and would like to know if I can use water pump and head off ym2000. This is my first tractor and my head is severely cracked. I have gained alot of knowledge just browsing the forums but have not been able to answer this.

Yes, the YM2000 head and water pump will bolt right on. You will need to use the 2000 back plate, pulley, and hoses. It is the same pump used in this kit --
