YM1301- Good Deal

I am looking at a tractor advertised as a YM2301, is this a rare model?
Am I going to have trouble finding parts. It is advertised as a 1998 but I can't find it on Tractordata. It looks like a good deal and it's close to me so I'll probably go look at it, anything I should look for good or bad?

A Yanmar 1301 is not a rare tractor. Built about 1980-81-82, very similar to the popular 1401, almost the same. Parts are not that hard to find, either online or salvage yard. Look out for Vietnam rebuilts, they advertise those as newer models with fresh paint. The Yanmar 1301D is the 4WD version. Whats a good deal?

Sorry for the misspost I have fat fingers. They say it is a 2301 and I can't tell from the picture if it is a D. It looks like a Repainted VN tractor but they say they have had it two years with no problems.

OOPS! Never saw any info on one.
Are all SPEC. lists copied from the same source? I see parts for it, but don't find it on anyone's spec. list.

wierd,this book I reference does'nt have it listed either,got the 2310 &2310d but no 2301.is this a rare model Al? russ
